Braking Vibration
If your automobile vibrates when you apply the brakes, there could be a problem with the rotor surfaces. After years of making contact with the brake pads, the rotor surfaces will warp. When this happens, they need to be recut to stop the brake vibration.
Leaking Brake Fluid
Another sign your brake system is having problems is if it is leaking the brake fluid. You will see puddles or spots behind the wheels on your garage floor. The colour of the fluid should be brown or red. If your brake system is leaking, have your vehicle towed to our shop right away.
Overheating Brakes
The reason why it’s important not to drive your automobile with the leaking brake system is the same reason why it’s important not to drive it when the brakes are overheating: 
The brakes might fail. Signs of overheating brakes include squealing and burning chemical or carpet odors.
Pulling to the Side
The calipers push the brake pads into the rotors. If one of the calipers gets stuck, your vehicle will pull to that side when you apply the brakes. We can take a look at the caliper to see if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. We can replace it if necessary.
Spongy Brake Pedal
If you have air bubbles in the brake lines or the master cylinder is malfunctioning, your brake pedal may feel spongy or sink all the way to the floor. This can make stopping your vehicle extremely difficult, so pull over and call for a tow truck to play it extra safe.
Strange Brake Noises
Finally, strange brake noises such as scraping or squeaking can be an indication of brake problems. For example, if your brakes are scraping or grinding when you apply them, you need to have the brake pads replaced. Your brakes shouldn’t squeak, either.
